I am a member of 2 different multiple listing services, Sacramento, and Bay Area MLS along with the ability to add your home to the Contra Costa MLS along with San Francisco MLS. I use an e-mail marketing program along with social media to get your listing in front of local Realtors, as well as a referral network with other Realtors for maximum exposure. I use a Lock-Box, Sign, and have ability to Pre-Approve Buyers prior to showing your property. Your listing will be featured on the following sites just to mention a few:

  • Prepare and send out initial mailings to targeted buyers, which often include relocation contacts, personnel departments, doctors groups, lawyers groups as well as horse enthusiasts and many other groups
  • An IPIX Virtual Tour of the property which can be mailed or e-mailed to clients and will show up on many of the top web sites so visitors can take a complete peak at your property in beautiful 360 degrees!
  • Direct Mail Campaign:  I have compiled mailing lists of potential luxury property buyers, business owners, executives, physicians and “out of area” realtors who specialize in relocation of high-end buyers and horse properties.
